super useful if you're new in vegan lifestyle, I'm almost vegan, sometimes I eat cheese or fish, but for the first time in two years I lose 2 lbs in two days, it's amazing, to fast!!

Interesante.
Todo está muy bien detallado y sobre todo los efectos secundarios pero tiene información inexacta sobre las “deficiencias” vitamínicas en veganos. Cuando debería especificarse mejor a humanos. Ya que los carnívoros tienen también deficiencias comiendo cadaveres.
