About this listen

Bradley Alden was at the end of his rope. He'd destroyed his career, lost his family, and was on the verge of bankruptcy. He had nowhere to go but up. When he was offered the job as Chief of Police for the Freeport Police Department, he jumped at the chance to get his life back on the straight and narrow path. Little did he realize that this decision would change his whole life and open him up to things he never could have imagined.
This new Mary O’Reilly story is Bradley’s point of view of the events in Loose Ends—A Mary O’Reilly Paranormal Mystery (Book 1). So, please don’t read this book until you’ve read “Loose Ends”, or some things might not make total sense to you.
Divergent Paths is its own story—and you will get to know Bradley so much better and even get a different perspective on the events happening in Loose Ends—but the two books really work so much better together.
I really hope you enjoy this book. I really loved writing it.

I loved the original story, Loose Ends, and this is a really insightful treatment from Bradley's point of view. However, the virtual voice is sometimes disturbing, but not enough to stop me from listening.

Another gem from one of my favorite authors

I liked how from the very beginning of this book it was pure action and mystery!

constantly on your toes waiting for what comes next!

The fact that males don’t sound good as females - voices are different not the same- very unemotional performance you need to work on virtual voices horrible

The bad performance

I usually don't write reviews but this was by far one of the most boring books i have read in a long time. This book didn't really need to be more then one maybe two hours at best. And that dull dry virtual voice narration only made things worse.

I'm glad it's over
