I really liked the part where we found out how they lost the light. Pretty cool concept.

Just a fun story

What did you love best about Doctor Who - Embrace the Darkness?

The story was well written, well produced, and well acted. Very classic sci-fi, with enough fright to keep the freak out just around the corner.

What other book might you compare Doctor Who - Embrace the Darkness to and why?

The new stand-alone Charlotte Pollard series is also Nicholas Briggs' baby, and this is of equal caliber.

Which character – as performed by Paul McGann and India Fisher – was your favorite?

India Fisher is the best companion. Period.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

There were moments of anxiety/suspense that were very well done.

Any additional comments?

Nicholas Briggs doesn't fail to impress. He is an excellent writer, and this is a great example of suspenseful science fiction.
