Reincarnation?
August didn’t know what to think when he met Lisa the new paramedic. He had been alone for centuries and his dragon couldn’t let the thought of her go.
Lisa is living her best life any way she wants after her divorce. Carlton was meant to be a pit stop along the way on her journey. August was unexpected. Their connection confusing. As she learns her nightmares are a past life she will never be the same.
Does she have the courage to try again? Can they defeat the past.
August and Lisa are amazing characters who have both overcome hardships and trying to find their HEA. This is another amazing couple in the Carleton world.

August and Elisa
August is a tractive to the new paramedic in town. He’s dragging his two which is so strange. Elisa who is new is attracted to August also. Suspense?. Yes. There are villains in this good story. There is a venture for all the characters involved. Cameos from the bear shifters from the previous stories but is a standalone book. Performance and storyline is really good. No cliffhangers.

Forever love
Really enjoyed this story of Lisa and Andrew. Their first meeting they feel an instant connection and later on we get to understand why. I loved that idea that no matter what they will find each other.

Wonderful listen
I totally loved this wonderful book. August has a past he is unable to get over, but when he meets Lisa he realizes wants to. Lisa is looking for a fresh start, will she find it with August or somewhere else. I loved all the twists and the things that shaped the future for them. This book will grab you and not release you till the end. You won’t be disappointed at all. The narrator brings this story to life, the characters reach out and grab you.

I Enjoyed It
I enjoyed this book. It was lovely to read about a dragon after several bears. I liked the characters. I loved the past life connections. It never ceases to make me smile at how different and refreshing each of these books feel. D.C. Cole does a good job bringing these characters to life.

Book six of Shifter Nation: Fated Over Forty series. Dragon shifter August Hill and human Lisa Perez meet when they both answer a 911 call. They both have a feeling that they know each other. The story has suspense, drama, danger, twists, turns, reincarnation, a villain and romance. The story is well written and kept me turning pages. I also enjoyed listening to D.C. Cole narrate this story. I am beginning to find I enjoy listening to a book that I have already read as it seems to give the story more depth.

Dragons
This was a fun quick listen. I enjoyed the way the author played out two different lives with this couple. The narrator did a good.

Dragon Shifter Romance
This is book 6 in the Shifter Nation: Fated Over Forty Series, a dragon shifter romance. I like this series! August and Lisa's story is intriguing, passionate, and captivating. August, a dragon shifter firefighter, is enigmatic and protective. Lisa, a paramedic, is beautiful, smart, and determined. The storyline is filled with danger, drama, supernatural, and twists and turns. D.C. Cole did an excellent job bringing this story to life. I enjoyed it. This is a great late in life romance. August and Lisa
August is a dragon shifter and the local Fire Chief, he's been alone a long time, he's over 600 years old and has lost everything that mattered to him, so he's shocked when he meets Lisa the new paramedic and immediately feels drawn to her, thankfully the attraction is mutual as Lisa feels equally drawn to him.
They met whilst out on a call to release another Alpha from a pair of handcuffs, don't ask me why. From their initial meeting old memories of his deceased mate resurface and Lisa starts having dreams of being in a fire she can't escape from.
They become friends but then Lisa visits a Medium who tells her of a past life, where she and August were connected in some way. Lisa tells August what she has learned. No More spoilers from me - to find out what happens in this different and wonderful story you will have to listen for yourself.
The narration by D. C. Cole is so well done, I loved it and the story.
