Inspiring, energizing and so relevant!
I wholeheartedly recommend this audio book for teens who want to develop confidence, peace and happiness in their lives. The reader narrates the book in a very engaging conversational manner to guide listeners on navigating their relationships in ways that create a win-win situation for all. It’s a quick primer packed with nuggets of wisdom gleaned from exceptional teachers and drawn from the author’s own wealth of experience. Her passion for the topic is palpable. Listening to just this one book will replace the need to read 20 of the best self-help books, because the author has distilled all that wisdom into simple tools anyone can use to change personal outcomes for the better. The ideas presented here are more relevant now than ever when so many are immersed in the confusion and negativity delivered through social media and the culture in general. This audio book, which highlights our ability to create opportunities and positive experiences from difficulties, is a gift to the world. Teens who incorporate these principles in their lives will save themselves from so much emotional distress, heartbreak and optional drama!

Helpful Information for any age!
I am the author of this book so I wanted to share my reason for writing it. One day I was sitting on the bleachers watching a football game at my granddaughter's high school. She was a varsity cheerleader and I always enjoyed watching her perform at the games. There were about 20 high school kids sitting behind me on the bleachers who were supposed to be friends. I was surprised to notice that the conversations being slung around were less than complimentary - especially toward the girls in the crowd. The next morning, during my meditation, I asked God what I could do to help the kids and the words started to flow - all the information I had learned over the years from my own "self help" search for true happiness. My intent in writing this book was to give teenagers the tools they need to be comfortable in their own skin, live their life on purpose, and to know that LIFE IS GOOD! Please enjoy the book!
