About this listen

Dr. Cecilia - Ceci - Bradford at your service. I dance, rock climb, and have mastered MMA because just being a 26-year-old doctor isn't enough. It doesn't keep me from remembering the terrifying night my life changed, the night my true love died. I was nearly 17. Life goes on, but the secret I keep is that I still talk to him in my dreams.

That was getting me by until Tabron showed up - or, more specifically, until the six-foot-two brute of a Viking whisked me off to another planet because his leader is dying. And the joy didn't end there. I'm being forced to choose a mate.

The Brausa are facing extinction. Tabron has no need for a mate himself, and he's told me as much. Multiple times. What he does have are hands and wicked lips that stir feelings I thought lost forever. Choosing him (just to play along until I can find a way home) seems to irk him, and I find this surprisingly fun. But surviving a hidden conspiracy and the dangers of this alien place might be more difficult than I could ever imagine.... Book three of The Dreamwalkers .

Loved it!!!!

Dang, where is book 4?!?!?!?

This world is awesome! There is no way to put it but awesome. I have listened to books 1-3 and frankly I'm about ready to stalk this author. The world is so unique! Each book has been a different thread to the story and I can't wait to find out how they all come together.

Do you like hot alpha males? Strong female leads that don't take and s$!t from them, evil men who get what they deserve, plots within plots with a mystical edge? Dang I love these books, I don't know why more people haven't read them.

The only downside to them is that the author does use hokey words for male and female anatomy like member or "her hot folds", but the story itself is just so awesome I'm willing to overlook that. Can't say enough good things, go get book one and see how you feel about it!

Another Failed K.I.S.S. Attempt

The story had several interesting ideas, but should have been made into several books, not into one. If the author decided to stay with the whole "being haunted by a dead first love" in a "modern times" romance, it would have been fine. Or "a female doctor being kidnapped by beings from another world" and kept the whole sci-fi romance, it would have been fine as well. But not both at the same time. It was distracting and I just could not stay focused with the book.
The narrator was good. She put such an enthusiastic flare on the reading of a first person point of view, it made it seem like it was really the main character talking through her personal experiences. She even made the "villains" have really annoying voices so you as a listener could not like them.

Talk talk talk

I’m two in a half hours into book and the main characters have only seen each other once. To much family information. Could not read anymore.
