This author does not seem to know much science behind refeeding after a fast. Refeeding in the manner he advises is dangerous and life threatening. No consideration is taken for the potential for refeeding syndrome, caused by breaking a fast with the wrong food and wrong amount, and there is no consideration of electrolytes. The advice given can easily lead to hyponatrimia, also a life threatening condition caused by electrolytes that are too low. While I have no problem with dry and water fasting, the prep before the fast has to be done correctly, as well as the refeeding and rehydration after it. This book misses these important points and gives terrible advice. I wish the author had done more scientific research on the protocols that are safe before publishing such an irresponsible book.
