Maxi Kennedy had a typical day. He was working on his uncle’s house flip when he tried to turn an electrical outlet the right way, forgot to turn off the breaker, received a shock, and woke up in a tiny town with only two houses, a dungeon he mistook for a miniature golf course, and, oddly enough, a store named Dungeon Depot. The store isn’t filled with lumber and power tools. It’s filled with monsters, traps, and insanely hot women.
The dungeon, along with the town, was his to do as he pleased. Maxi was beyond shocked, especially when he learned that his job was to improve the dungeon to attract adventurers. Doing so would earn him royalties for every run, and he had full control over every aspect. Like every man in his position, Maxi decided to fill his town with attractive women, and none of them question why he’s the only guy in town.
It’s a sweet gig. Maxi doesn’t have to fight, he just has to fill his dungeon with monsters for others to fight so he can earn a living, upgrade his dungeon, expand his town, and buy more hot fantasy women to live in it. Leveling the dungeon is slow going, though, and the money doesn’t flow as quickly as he would like, but it definitely beats going to college.
Dungeon Depot is a slow-paced, slice of life, dungeon-building story. The stakes are fairly low, the story is easy going, and most of the women are too hot to describe. This story contains fantasy elements often found in video games, such as experience points, leveling, and spicy moments that are not intended for young readers. So, download the book, sit back, relax, and enjoy the simple life Maxi has been handed.
