Sehr aufschlussreich - Praxis ist alles!
Sehr aufschlussreich! Mir gefällt, wie die Theorie vermittelt wird, aber der Schwerpunkt liegt auf der unmittelbaren Integration der Informationen durch die Praxis. Ich lerne Fähigkeiten zur Regulierung meines Nervensystems, die ich in verschiedenen Situationen des täglichen Lebens anwenden kann. Ich habe einige Erfahrung mit Atemarbeit – ich finde, dies ist eine großartige Ressource, auf die ich zurückgreifen und die ich bei Bedarf verwenden kann. Gerjet hat eine sehr beruhigende Stimme und seine Persönlichkeit ist sehr süß. Das macht die Erfahrung noch angenehmer!
