About the Authors
Ken Vanderlip, Ph.D., is a psychologist and an EMDR Institute Facilitator for over 30 years. He is a Charter Member of EMDRIA and is both an EMDRIA Certified Therapist & Approved Consultant in EMDR. He also utilizes meditation & mindfulness to help people cope effectively with trauma and stress related issues, depression, PTSD, anxiety, and to enhance their peak performance skills.

Susie Vanderlip, CSP, CPAE is an award-winning author and speaker who has toured her original one-woman theatrical presentation Legacy Of Hope® to over one-million youth and adults nationwide. She addresses prevention issues, stress and trauma, and healthy emotional coping skills. She was inducted into the National Speakers Association ‘Speakers Hall of Fame’ and is also certified as both a yoga and meditation instructor.
