I needed this

I'm a generally fit person, and yet I often underperform in the athletic venues I enjoy. I exercise, I've finally been improving my sleep, and I eat lots of healthy foods. However, along with those healthy foods, I also eat a lot of other nonsense. Sometimes it's to help me cope with stress, sometimes it's just because that food is avaialble in social gatherings. But either way, it slows me down. This book was great at giving actual, practical advice on how to start changing that habit, instead of just lecturing you about changing. I'm excited to really get started and see the positive difference in my life.
