Not scary

This wasn’t scary or spooky but the stories were interesting and made me want to research more into a couple of them. It’s worth a listen.

Excellent historical haunted places compilation for children and adults

There are a lot more great stories packed into a 26 minute audiobook than I thought possible! I’m so glad I didn’t skip it, due to the short length. The narration is spooky, and draws you in. It’s no dry, report style nonfiction yawner. Unlike some books with a juvenile, “kid culture” tone, this is great for kids and adults. This would make for fun listening during rush hour, and short drives. As a former teacher, it’s perfect for media time, or to liven up history lessons. The stories are short, which is nice when you only have a little discretionary listening time. Fun enough for sleepovers…so absorbing! I do wish the stories had more detail, as I know a few spooky elements were left out of one I have heard before. I’ve heard most before, but it didn’t put a damper on my enjoyment at all!
