What a Great Book!

This is THE book every woman should read, even before menopause creeps in. It explains what is happening at the hormonal level and why you end up feeling the way you do during menopause -- and what you can do to alleviate these symptoms or, better yet, prevent them. Most people miss the huge role that the adrenals play in all of this, but this book even covers that.

There are many tips and suggestions for making life more comfortable through the menopause experience, from sleep to diet (which plays a huge role) to work and other social situations. And there's a lot on self-care, even the little nuances that make such an impact.

This would be a wonderful gift for any woman, whether "of a certain age" or younger women interested in maximizing control over their bodies.

A lifeline for women!

Menopause hasn't been effortless in my case, but I have learned a lot over the years to make my life a little easier during this phase. For example, I started the carnivore diet about 8 months ago and it has been a game changer in belly fat and mood. I was delighted to hear about the carnivore diet in "Effortless Menopause for the Savvy Woman". I resonate with much of this book's information and its holistic approach to health because many of her tips have already made a difference in my life. I've noted some new ideas and look forward to seeing how they work for me. I have to get those cotton sheets off my bed! Every woman should have a copy of this book!
