En un pequeño y oscuro despacho de Santander, Miguel Maestre Marín, agente del CNI, espera la llegada de Iñaki Sagarzazu, alias Iñaki de Mondragón, un dirigente de ETA, arrepentido y dispuesto a traicionar a los suyos.
