Nineteenth-century preacher Charles Spurgeon may have surprised some when he delivered this sermon on the doctrine of election. Spurgeon is amazing and I love his teaching...but...the narrator of this particular volume mispronounces many words including antinomian and others that should have been practiced and fluid when reading a sermon from Surgeon's time, especially one of this topic. His voice is very mechanical, and distracted me constantly from the message. I really wish that wonderful messages like this one would have professional narration, such as Max Maclean, etc.
