Where does Emma rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

It is probably middle ground of the audiobooks I've listened to, and not because of the quality of the performance. Story wise it isn't my favorite, but it certainly isn't bad.

If you’ve listened to books by Jane Austen before, how does this one compare?

I've listened to Pride and Prejudice and Sense and Sensibility, both were fantastic reads (and preformed). S&S is my favorite Jane Austen novel, followed by P&P, with Emma being my least favorite so far. (I've only read the two. But I did watch the movie several years ago and remember not being that into it.)

Which character – as performed by Flo Gibson – was your favorite?

Mr. Knightley is my favorite character, with his gentlemanly quality and ability to be straightforward wit Emma like no one else seems capable or brave enough for.

If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?

Emma: The Girl Who Thinks She's Always Right but is Severely Wrong A Lot

Any additional comments?

Emma is my least favorite character in this story. I like everyone else quite a bit.

I love Jane Austen

Chapter 38 has been truncated. The sounding of Harriet by Elton, and the subsequent dances of Knightly with Harriet and Emma are missing.
