If you have never spent the time to learn more about emotional intelligence, this is a great book to start with. This book is organized well and thoroughly explains in plain language the four different pillars of EQ. I have continued to learn more about emotional intelligence the last 5-6 years but this book gave me a different look on a few things. The world continues to change and we must change with it. This author writes with compassion in wanting to help others and I believe this book can help anyone who is looking to broaden their EQ.
