Great for improving my Spanish
This book called to me. I have recently started learning Spanish, and I've always loved learning methods to keep myself calm and happy. My social anxiety makes me far less interested in going out once I know there may be a large group or crowd involved, and I have bene starting to miss out on a lot of fun things with my friends. This book does a great job of explaining things and giving advice in a way that feels informational but supportive, as opposed to a lecture or how to "fix yourself."
