 Eddie är sju och hans storebror Anders nio år och ofta ensamma hemma eftersom deras pappa ofta är borta. Eddie gillar inte skolan så värst, men han är förtjust i djur. När han får chansen att ta hand om hunden Valentino, mer känd som Valle, ramlar Eddie bakåt av spänning. Men att ta hand om en hund är inte riktigt som Eddie hade väntat sig, och plötsligt ligger han på en bår i en ambulans i full utryckning.

Viveca Lärn, tidigare Viveca Sundvall (född 1944), är författare och journalist. Hon debuterade 1975 och har sedan dess publicerat mer än 40 barnböcker, samt en del romaner för vuxna, som bland annat legat till grund för TV-serien Saltön. Viveca Lärn har fått ett antal utmärkelser för sitt författarskap, bland annat det prestigefyllda Astrid Lindgren-priset, och hennes böcker har översatts till ett tiotal språk.

Easy to understand

I purchased this one to practice my listening skills in Swedish. It's not to complicated and the reader's voice is nice. I enjoyed the story and plan to listen to it again.
