Informative

My girlfriend suffers from all the symptoms mentioned in the book, so we learnt a lot. Nothing we didn't have an idea about before, eat healthy, exercise etc. but it did cover some parts that really help us solidify suspicion of what she has.

I did however find the book to be a bit short, I would have liked to hear a bit more research background to back up the claims. Overall it was short and sweet.

simplistic

If you've read a handful of articles on endometriosis, you'll likely already know all this info. reads a bit like a doctors office handout.

made me feel hopeless, no way out

I prefer herbal medicines this book made me feel hopeless like there's no way out and the only way to heal myself is if I do a lot of medications and get poked and prodded
