La presión arterial alta puede ser una enfermedad aterradora de tratar. Tiendo a pensar demasiado y preocuparme mucho. Esto puede provocar estrés e hipertensión. Este asesino silencioso siempre está en el fondo de mi mente. Así que decidí educarme sobre la enfermedad. Los medicamentos son una gran parte del tratamiento y este libro profundiza en lo que hay por ahí. Las modificaciones dietéticas también fueron útiles y cómo controlarse a sí mismo.
