Protect your gut health with this life-changing guidebook — unlock your body’s natural ability to thrive!
Are you tired of struggling with gut pain that causes you to be moody all the time and makes you feel less productive?
Do you want to maintain a healthy gut and hormonal balance as you age but have no idea how to get started?
Have you tried anything and everything to improve your health, but nothing seems to work?
As surprising as this may sound, it all boils down to one thing: Listening to your gut.
Although a critical part of one's well-being, gut health is often neglected. Millions of people often abuse their digestive system by eating whatever they want without a care in the world and employing unhealthy habits that harm the gut.
It’s even worse for women! Approximately 100 million women worldwide suffer from gut health issues.
Sadly, most women only realize the importance of gut health when it's already too late – when they’re already suffering from severe disorders and serious health concerns.
But this does not have to be your story.
You still have time and plenty of opportunities to improve your gut health and enjoy the benefits of having one at your age. For example, did you know that a healthy gut can alleviate the symptoms of menopause, such as raging hormones and abrupt weight changes?
J.L. Service knows all about the perks of having a healthy gut… and drawing from her personal experiences and expertise, she has come up with a simple and practical roadmap to a healthier gut, tailored specifically for women over 50!
Inside this must-have manual for gut wellness, you'll discover:
The gut's connection to the critical organs in your body and how it affects primary functions — gut health is more important than you think!

When two Stanford graduate students set out to create a new kind of cigarette that wouldn’t kill them, they didn’t foresee all the obstacles that lay ahead — or the powerful forces their invention would unleash. Story
Our prisons and mental hospitals are filled with tragic stories like Tuesday Storm's. Her early childhood was riddled with torturous "games" and violent physical attacks. She was isolated from the rest of her family, locked in an attic with nothing but a bare bed and a bucket for a toilet, and fed just enough to be kept alive. The experts say it's next to impossible to find the soul's light in a dark past like Tuesday's.

Every woman needs this health guide!
This book is remarkable! I never liked biology, but the author presents the information in a way that makes me want to know more. The book, actually guide, takes a complex subject and makes it easy to understand. I now rethink what goes into my gut, and even my husband’s gut. It will be a reference in my kitchen along side the recipe books.

Very much needed gut health information for women.
I enjoyed the book and the information it offers about women's gut health. I may not be 50 yet but gives light to aspects of my gut health I need to take better care of and understand how food can adversely affect my health as I get older. I also appreciated learning about the digestive track and how it works and foods which offer good and bad bacteria!! Looking forward to more and maybe so recipes that further help promote positive gut health in women to try at home.

So Much I Did Not Know!
The book gave so much informative information about the digestive system and its impact on your physical and mental health. It seems like this is common knowledge but after listening, I understand so much more now and will be able to take some preventative steps. It was fascinating to hear about how this area of the body connects with so many other organs and organ systems. Yes the scientific talk at times (in an audio format) was a bit difficult to comprehend (instead of reading in print) but I was still able to get the relevant facts. I was not able to visualize very well the recommended exercises for gut health (yoga); however, I have the terms to look it up and try later! I am not over 50 but as I am drawing closer, this book provided a lot of insight for me to pay more particular attention to my nutrition, exercise and overall wellness in this stage of life. The audiobook moved rather quickly and was at a good pace.
