Restoration at last!

What made the experience of listening to Every Day a Friday the most enjoyable?

Joel's manner of delivering His message is very soothing and compelling at the same time. During my trying times, I just played this in the car and it helped me realize that I can and will make it through with God's guidance. It's very empowering and at the same time, helps you acknowledge the need for full trust and dependence on God. Very inspirational. Unveils certain truths which we know but just can't explain. Praise God for such an individual who allowed himself to be a vehicle for God's message.

Have you listened to any of Joel Osteen’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

Not yet, but now I have bookmarked all of his audiobooks. Eager to download them one by one.

A quick boost

Would you consider the audio edition of Every Day a Friday to be better than the print version?

I have never heard ( eh, read...) the book. However, my thought shows it all: This book is being read not listened to you read it with your heart.

If you ever have tuned into his sermons you know what you get:"Life will get better because you as the reader is important to God"

The best is yet to come.
You rock.

This book is like a cake for all: Osteen offends no one. He thinks we all have great things ahead. Even non-Christians.

What other book might you compare Every Day a Friday to and why?

A self-Development book.

What does Joel Osteen bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

He callms you.

What’s an idea from the book that you will remember?

This day will never come back once it is gone we will never get it back.

An easy listen

What made the experience of listening to Every Day a Friday the most enjoyable?

Mr. Osteen does a great job of offering meaningful advice without being too

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

Some of the anecdotes brought me to tears. The one about a little boy and his teacher was especially moving.

Any additional comments?

As a rule, I don't read/listen to faith based self-hope books because they are either too heavy handed or are constantly referring to Biblical passages to make a point. Since I believe most passages can be interpreted different ways, I don't find that a compelling argument on how to behave. Mr. Osteen does refer to the Bible, but not constantly, and not to condemn. He uses passages to lift you up and show that God wants us to be happy and fulfilled. I found that refreshing and inspiring.
