I can’t believe that I just finished day 3 and I wish there was more time on day 3 to meditate!
Ceasar’s voice is smooth and empowering. The way that this is constructed, it takes you slowly into a transition from focusing too much on your position to what truly matters in meditation. That is being completely relaxed and focused at the same time!!
Will write more when I get close to day 21!
Definitely recommended for any level meditation skill.
