Stop making your gut unhappy

These days, everything is so commercialized, and you can’t trust half the stuff being sold for “gut health.” Most of it has random ingredients that make zero sense and probably do more harm than good. This audiobook actually tells you what works with real herbs and plants that help your gut without all the extra junk. It explains how they work and how to use them, so you are not just guessing. I have already tried a few things, and my stomach feels way better. It's not feeling like a balloon after I eat. This is the way to go if you are tired of being tricked by overpriced nonsense.

Great book for learning all about herbs

Who knew that herbs had so many purposes, to aid digestion, make you feel good and assist in health related illness. I learned so much about which herbs to cook with what and what to eat without cooking. The bonuses were good too and I refer to them often. I would recommend this book to anyone
