A great guide for weight loss
This audiobook is a great tool to add to my toolbox for weight loss. I like how it's self-guided with a lot of positive affirmations. I appreciated the focus on fat burning and mindful eating as these are my personal weaknesses. A great find with lots of great content to help me achieve my goals.

Not Your Standard Weight loss Guide
I was amazed and intrigued by this audiobook. I had never heard of a Self-Hypnotic Gastric Band, but I am willing to try whatever might work. The guided self-hypnosis sessions were very calming, and I like that I can come back and repeat the sessions anytime I want to — no appointment necessary.
I find myself being more aware of what I am eating and why. If I need support, I return to the positive affirmations and mindfulness techniques and get back on track. I definitely recommend it if you are looking for sustainable weight loss support that takes a new path.
