Body Transformation Through Hypnosis
This book changed my mind about weight loss hypnosis. Aside from the affirmations, the guided meditations were really helpful in changing my mindset about food, especially with junk food cravings. I found it was a slow and gentle beginning to weight loss. I am in the process of developing a healthy relationship with food. The positive affirmations were uplifting and kept me motivated each day. For those looking for an off-the-beaten-path way to help with weight loss and those who want to develop a healthy lifestyle that will last a lifetime – I would give it a try.

my new night time routine
I have been playing this each night while I go to bed and not exactly sure how it works but it does seem to be working. The biggest thing for me is during the day I don't seem to be eating as much as I normally do. I choose smaller portions and dont seem to be as hungry. Either way I am happy.

A new approach to balancing the scales
Sandra Love has created a revolutionary collection of natural ways to lower the number on those scales and when I say natural, I mean natural because it’s all in your head. If we can get to the heart of the subconscious mind via the hypnosis and meditation-based approaches outlined here, then we can truly reprogram our synaptic connections to realize that we don’t have to eat as much or to have more of an endorphin kick when it comes to exercise, so we end up subconsciously hitting the gym more.
