Bought for my wife
My wife asked me to get this for her because she wanted to try a different approach to weight loss. She’s tried a lot of diets before, but they always felt too restrictive. She’s been listening to the guided meditations and using the affirmations, and she says it’s helping her feel more in control of her eating. I’ve noticed she seems less stressed about food, which is nice to see. If it keeps working for her, that’s all that matters to me.

So Far I'm In
I just started Extreme Weight Loss Hypnosis for Women about a week ago, and I’m honestly surprised at how different this feels from everything else I’ve tried. I’ve been stuck in the cycle of diets, guilt, and emotional eating for years—but this approach feels… calmer.

A scientifically backed method
Evelyn Rose shows us that weight loss is very effective when we target the parts of our psyches that are buried within. Because this is what holds the beliefs and programming that tell us to eat because we are bored or sad, or that exercise is no fun. We must go in to these programs and upgrade them like an old, obsolete VCR system and replace old beliefs with new, more empowering ones. And hypnosis is an excellent, scientifically backed way to start. Listeners will be treated to luscious soundscapes accompanied by powerful, life-affirming affirmations.
