Great audiobook about weight loss for women
This audiobook is definitely for you if you are feeling stressed and want to lose weight. It provides a self-hypnosis that can help you lose weight effortlessly and naturally. It also provides tips on how to break free from emotional eating and stress and finally develop a good/ healthy relationship with food. I would highly recommend this audiobook.

Weight loss without pills or shots
I was wary about giving myself a shot or taking pills and wanted to find a sustainable way to lose weight but also keep it off. This book was my answer. Using the power of the mind to change how I see food, eat food, and relate to food. The book is well written and so easy to follow, even in the car. I found new techniques I have never heard about before, and incorporating those, I am losing the weight. I am finding out things about myself that I was surprised to see. Great book!

Made Me Rethink My Habits
I listened to this right before bed and was surprised how relaxed I felt afterward. The voice was calm and steady, which made it easy to follow along and stay focused. It didn’t feel pushy or preachy, just gentle reminders that made me more aware of my eating choices. The part about imagining a gastric band was a little odd at first, but it actually helped me eat smaller portions the next day. I didn’t expect quick results but I do feel more mindful now.

Bought for my wife
My wife asked me to get this for her because she wanted to try a different approach to weight loss. She’s tried a lot of diets before, but they always felt too restrictive. She’s been listening to the guided meditations and using the affirmations, and she says it’s helping her feel more in control of her eating. I’ve noticed she seems less stressed about food, which is nice to see. If it keeps working for her, that’s all that matters to me.

Really Helped My Wife Focus
