About this listen

Fake fiancé to a faded billionaire rockstar? Absurd!
But launching his career... and losing my heart... all began with one unforgettable night

My anonymous love song launched him to billionaire stardom.
Me? A resort manager with big regrets.

A decade ago I fell hard for Adrian - a wanna-be singer / songwriter.
I followed him like a love-sick puppy until he took notice!

We literally rocked the night! By morning he vanished, breaking my heart.

Now the grumpy rockstar is back, with no memory of me, but in desperate need of a melody.

His manager's offering a fortune for ME to "fix" him.
Fix his music? His ego? The past? There's no fixing that - is there?

Working with Adrian stirs up forbidden memories!
His touch electrifies me and his eyes hold a vulnerability I haven't seen before.

To save me from bullies, he announces I’m his fiancé!
The bad boy rockstar is fading, revealing a man who needs saving. But who’ll save ME from falling for him all over again?

I really enjoyed this author's writing. This story made me feel a lot of emotions and tears. I liked how Virtual voice was used for male voice and female to show each character pov.

Great book.

A relatively simple story that could have been better. Sometimes the details get mixed up and people shift position. (I think the author forgot where they were and jumped ahead in anticipation.) The AI narration is okay but can be a bit jarring with the uneven flow, especially around the chapter breaks. The female voice definitely does a better job with inflection while the male voice is very bland which doesn't really fit all of the emotions Adrian is going through.

Bite-sized mediocrity
