About this listen

Humans are embedded in rhythms and frequencies that determine their lives: Day and night, waking and sleeping, the seasons, the breathing rhythm, the heartbeat frequency and hormonal rhythms that determine our biological clock.

Nowadays, some of these rhythms have become confused, and the relationship between tension and relaxation is often no longer correct. Due to our modern world we often do not experience the seasons intensively enough, we often work against the inner bioryhthmic clock e.g. in shift work and have little time for harmonization and energy reflux.

Also by unsolved problems or stress it comes to a stagnation of the energy flow, energy blockades develop.

When we are touched by a melody or a harmonic sequence, we can access repressed emotions and become aware of them. This has a healing effect, because in this act of surrendering to the music, the energies come back into the flow.

The rhythm and frequencies in the music and nature in this album bring us back to the feeling of being in a larger context. They move subtle energy in our bodies and affect our breathing.

Ideally, as we listen to this 432Hz music and the sounds of nature, our breathing calms down. This in turn has an influence on our thoughts, because when the breath flows slowly and regularly, our mind automatically calms down, we come to rest. The tempo slows down until it often dissolves at the end and we, bathing in the sound, feel real peace and can gently fall asleep.

This music is tuned to the concert pitch of 432 Hz.

Our energy system and cells seem to respond enormously to this 432 Hz frequency. Our cellular water is informed by this frequency, our cells respond to it, our entire energy system comes into resonance and harmony! The result is a deep relaxation and inner peace. Our energy store is recharged.

Let yourself now on a time of relaxation and come gradually in resonance with the rhythm of the sea and my 432 Hz sleep music. I wish you harmonious dreams, your Torsten Abrolat.
