Chapter Topics

I’m enjoying this book but honestly, if a book comes with topic of each chapter, why does this book not have that.
HEY ! AUDIOLEARN, Im pretty sure your job description includes entry of topic of each chapter. Better yet, hire me, remotely, and I’ll handle the job.

okay

Some incorrect info such as with wedding rings the prominent view is that it must be returned in cases where engagement ends not be kept based on fault. It was also shorter than expected Only 3 or 4 hours.

Not a great family law outline, but really funny!

The family law portion of the audiobook is kind of sparse on details and doesn't include most of the cases I learned in my family law course at Penn Carey Law this semester, but I will say that whoever wrote the How to Get Into Law School portion is totally hilarious. I love the odd delivery of much of it. It's a bit snarky, but not too biting. I'm surprised Penn was mentioned in it a number of times :)

Less than 3.5 hours of actual law

The length of the book is misleading at best. Most of this book is about applying to law school. A pointless topic if you are studying for the bar or a law school class. The actual law part is ok, but brief. Again, less than 3.5 hours of family law...

Not for Bar review

Outline was all over the place NOT concise and on point. spent way to long on unimportant factors like common law marriage and bigamy. Hard to keep up and follow along

Fantastic!

I am stunned by the mediocre reviews. It's true that the family law aspect is only 3.5 hours. Why would you want more? I want what I need to know for our exam. This audio delivers comprehensively, and in an entertaining way.

I, too, had little interest in the other free topics included which fill out the 11 hours. Who cares? If it could be done in one hour, I'd have paid extra. Great narrator who refers to Kanye West as "Kenny West." Yes, Kanye West is quoted.

I am a 2L at Delaware Law School.

Half this audio book was how to survive law school

I got this audio book too learn the ins and outs of family law not how to survive law school. it's as if someone did three chapters of family law and taped over the rest with a law school survival guide. might want to check that.

The family law section was good, but

It seems the family law section was only about a third of this recording. I am not sure why it is labeled as a family law lecture when most of this lecture is actually about going to law school. I did that 28 years ago!

This is not an outline on family law

"I would like to request a refund for the audio sample I purchased on family law. The audio provided an outline of surviving law school instead of the content I was looking for. Please update the contents of the audio sample as soon as possible."

Is this the right book?

The audio was a about going to law school not about family law. This is not what I was looking for.
