Perfect if you are having an active brain at night
I sometimes overthink things at night and I found that this audiobook helped a lot. The stories are entertaining, but the most important part is the calming voice that narrates them and the background music which lasts a couple of seconds after the story ends. At some point, I stopped focusing on the story and just heard the voice tone and music, and made me sleepy. You also have many different stories that last around 20 min. I recommend!
