Excellent Information

I love that this audiobook is for people like myself (over 50) who want to use Intermittent fasting to improve their health and lose weight. Before listening to this audiobook I was not aware that intermittent fasting can help with anti-aging and really enjoyed learning about the other benefits that come with intermittent fasting. I really appreciated the directions and the meal plans; that helped make it easy to start and eliminated a lot of my confusion.

Great book full of valuable information . What you didn’t know you will learn through out the book . The I.F journey is a great idea . Iv tried myself a Few times , but fitting time in with your family was important , trying to balance life itself family , other life things that may occur ,while trying to keep focus on your goal , The book allows you align all goals and life things to fit according to your schedule without missing family time or going against your goal . Which is good because some people lose focus on their life ,trying to figure out their life . Also important message “ consistency “ is the key to success in I.F . Fasting is great

I was never taught to fast in school or by my parents. The only place I have been trained to fast is the Church I attend as a Christian. They taught us the same thing as I am listening to this audiobook. Fasting does help people lose weight, digest food, balance health, and be great for the mind. We also have to be careful not to consume too much sugar. I also like the advice from the author to exercise because if we don't exercise, then our body and mind become weak, and we are not taking care of our bodies to live longer. It is an excellent audiobook for beginners, and the author provides all the necessary tips and advice to help you stay healthy.
