I love that this audiobook is for people like myself (over 50) who want to use Intermittent fasting to improve their health and lose weight. Before listening to this audiobook I was not aware that intermittent fasting can help with anti-aging and really enjoyed learning about the other benefits that come with intermittent fasting. Iv tried myself a Few times , but fitting time in with your family was important , trying to balance life itself family , other life things that may occur ,while trying to keep focus on your goal , The book allows you align all goals and life things to fit according to your schedule without missing family time or going against your goal . "Fasting After Fifty" by SB Wade is a well-made introduction to intermittent fasting. Although it's aimed at listeners over fifty, a lot of the general advice works well for anyone. That said, there is quite a bit of material that focuses specifically on the older demo. Whichever group you belong to, this audiobook is very practical, and Wade has done a great job of including everything you need to get started.

Wade has done a lot of research, and discusses all the benefits of IF (weight loss, less brain fog, general health, etc.). For this target audience, the anti-aging benefits will be of particular interest. There are also a number of success stories that are inspirational but, (more importantly) illustrate how IF works on a practical level. Wade has done a great job, and this book will serve the listeners well.
