About this listen

Recently re-edited for your reading enjoyment. An audit from heaven. A murder from hell. A mess only a psychic can sort out… Mary Catherine Mahoney, MC for short, has her work cut out for her. When a notorious bad boy turns up dead in Miami, the ex-wife turns to MC for help. It turns out the deceased left the ex-wife an envelope with instructions on what to do after his death. With the envelope empty, only MC’s psychic genes can solve the case. When Sister Hildegard and Sister Matilda come to town, they call on MC as well. They’re being audited. Not by the IRS, but by the Vatican! The feisty nuns tell MC she needs to handle the audit so that a certain “something” stays a secret. Throw in some zany Greek aunts, a treasure hunt in Key West, and an encounter with her ex, and you’ve got more than enough work for MC to handle. If she’s up for the jobs at all… Feisty Nuns is the third book in a series of cozy mysteries. If you like zany, relatable characters, upbeat cinematic stories, and edge-of-your-seat plot twists, then you’ll love Rita Moreau’s lively whodunnit. Buy Feisty Nuns to solve the witty mystery today! Praise for Feisty Nuns 25th Writers Digest Self-Published Book Awards - Judge's Commentary “Feisty Nuns” is a fun mystery, with characters readers will care about and enough humor to have them laughing out loud on almost every page. The characters, particularly MC and Velma, are well-drawn, and even minor characters are distinct and not cliche or superficial. Readers will root for the right people and be glad that the “good guys” win in the end. The nuns, with the exception of Sister Clarissa, are all ones some readers will wish they’d had in school. The author also isn’t afraid to tackle the very real issue of nuns and their position with the Catholic Church in a realistic and informed way. Can we stop with this AI crud

I’ve only just started, and I will adjust this later, but the story seems good, and I can understand the computer reading this, but the inflection is poor, the little innuendo and jokes are not understood by the computer. Why do we keep needing to cut costs ? just pay somebody who can read it well, the computer just does not work. In addition, the computer esses at the end of words are so high shrill and carry forward that it’s almost like the computer has a type of lisp of some sort.
