Wonderful resource

I have struggled with my weight and menopausal symptoms for years, tried fasting and was never successful. This audiobook has now taught me the correct way of fasting that won't tax my system, in fact it completely calms my system and I am enjoying the renewed energy, reduction in night sweats and hot flashes and a more balanced emotional state. There are so many ways to fast and knowing how to navigate this is essential to success. The recipes are also an added plus, if you are a woman struggling with menopause, extra weight and the challenges that come with this time of our lives, this book is for you.

I'm not 50 yet, but I did practice all the techniques for intermittent fasting, and it worked for me!

Great Advice

I would defiantly recommend this book to any woman over 50 who is struggling to lose weight. The author did an amazing job teaching how to also do things to get more energy and balance hormones and I found this book very easy to understand and follow along to.
