About this listen

Los Angeles yogini Adrienne Burke leads you through an intermediate practice that strengthens the body and calms the spirit. She says that many of us absorb stress into our bodies through our hips and core, and she helps soothe these stresses through standing poses and by opening the hips and spines with specific postures and combos. Come to your mat at least twice a week to hone strength and ease stress. Note: You should have basic yoga experience to be able to do Adrienne's yoga practice. This is an intermediate/advanced yoga workout and you will need a yoga mat.Looking for more variety in your workouts? misleading description

This is described as an intermediate/advanced yoga practice, but it is actually a beginner class, as the first sentence the instructor utters confirms.

As a beginner class, it is somewhat rushed, but only because the instructor's voice seems rushed. She doesn't actually move through the poses too quickly, but for some reason, sounds like she's in a hurry.

Also, she merely describes poses, rather than also giving their names, which might make it difficult for a beginner to then move on to other programs.
