About this listen
Flow of Soul Poetry is over 35 years in the making. My poems traveled to this digital destination on a long and winding journey, a rhythmic road of recitations and redos of poetic utterances by this broken down shell of a man, who is moved by your affirmation of emotional healing and release of soul-crushing pain because of them. I thank the Lord for keeping me out of the rabbit hole after long struggles with PTSD and severe health issues due to military service.
If only I could melt, into a puddle of his promises, whereby God's light would shine strongly down upon me, and evaporate me straight up to heaven.

Story
Pop culture and psychobabble tell us to make ourselves the center of the universe in order to be happy. Churches have communicated the false idea that God exists to give us all that we selfishly want. In this book, Max Lucado reminds us that it's not about us, it's all about God. It is through this shift in thinking that we can truly live an unburdened, happy life.

Considered by Rumi to be "the master" of Sufi mystic poetry, Attar is best known for this epic poem, a magnificent allegorical tale about the soul's search for meaning. He recounts the perilous journey of the world's birds to the faraway peaks of Mount Qaf in search of the mysterious Simorgh, their king. Attar's beguiling anecdotes and humor intermingle the sublime with the mundane, the spiritual with the worldly, while his poem models the soul's escape from the mind's rational embrace.

Francis and Jesus is the story of how the poor and humble St. Francis of Assisi gave away all to gain all, sharing in God's kingdom on Earth. Francis' life exemplifies what it means to be a genuine disciple of Jesus, walking in Christ's footsteps to show how ultimate truth is lived in small, unique ways. Story
My name will mean nothing to you, but my story is a re-telling of the greatest story ever told and should mean everything to everyone. My story comes forth now because now is the promised day when satanic doubt spreads like black ink, threatening to blot out His very name, to reduce Him to nothing more than a teacher, to erase the eternal truths He taught and Lived. That cannot happen. Jesus was who He said He was. I know because I was there in the shadows of His holy footsteps. His miracles were real. I know because I am one of those miracles.
