A guide for beginners? More like kindergarteners
Unhappy with the content. These are things a child would know concerning a food truck business. It’s very vague as well. The narrator’s voice is not working for the content. Too matter-of-fact. I am moving on to the next restaurant business book before I have even listened to half of this “book.”

Food Truck Gospel
Great info helped me to make the proper choice between brick and mortar verses mobility, all the pitfalls that could be in the way will be cleared.
