I'm also not excited about all his friends coming to my house. But I can't expect anything else with his son getting married here. I'll put up with him and his snobby friends for Tara and Samia, they're worth it. I love that I'm going to officiate their double wedding at this house. It's the place we spent all our time together growing up.
But before we have the wedding, we're headed up to visit Travis's family in Wyoming. I can hardly wait to see where he grew up and to meet the rest of his family. There's no doubt that they're going to be wonderful. Samia told me that they are, and Travis is. He had to have come from a special family.
I'm also looking forward to our trip to the UK. I've wanted to visit there for many years. But I'm most excited about meeting Lily and Mary in person. I can hardly wait to see little Lily with her dog. London and Liverpool are going to be awesome too. This whole trip is going to be so much fun.
Oh, and Kip is coming for a visit. I can hardly wait to see my fourth brother again. I'm going to want to spend time with him, but I know that I need to give him and Mike space to hang out together. They don't get to see each other nearly enough and need time to get reacquainted again. I hate what happened to their family so much. They need to fix it the best they can.
So much to look forward to. Our life is definitely not ever boring, that's for sure. There's rarely a moment free. When there is, we spend it recovering from our crazy schedule. But I wouldn't change it for anything. I'm living the life Granddad wanted for me, and I'm enjoying every second of it. He was right, this was possible and I do love it. Now back to our crazy, busy, wonderful life.
