Excellent Book for Young Athletes!
I got this book for my chld , who had difficulty with self-confidence on the field last season. He has really gained a lot of knowledge by reading this book. , The book goes deeply into building mental toughness and focus, which was exactly what he needed. He’s started using the exercises before practice, and I have already see a difference in his attitude and performance during practice this season. The book is relatable to teens, and has lots of practical advice. A great resource for any young athlete looking to up their mental game!
