Full: Great words of wisdom!!

For those of us who have struggled a lifetime trying to lose weight, Dr. Snyder has some great insights to impart.

Put into practice, these tips and tricks can leave you feeling fuller for longer so that you are satisfied with much less, and the weight does comes off.
