Unlike the male child, the girl child seems to be more exposed and vulnerable to most societal injustices, deniers and deprivations. For example, in some communities and areas, the female child is totally deprived of rightful and qualitative education. In some other circumstances and situations, they are forced into child labour and abuses. While some others, are forced into child abuse marriages out of their wishes. In view of the many challenges facing the female child today, we must be concerned and ponder on how to overcoming the many challenges facing the women and the young girls in our world.. Thus, this book is very timely because of its importance on the welfare of women and our young females in order to preparing them to face the present and future challenges. I therefore commend the worthy efforts of all the organizations and individuals who pained and really concerned about the general well-being of the female folks.
