Great Exericise & Fitness in Personal Development

I'm always looking for new ways to keep active and was nice to get this Pilates audiobook for putting a new step into my Exercises & Fitness for my personal Development. I always feel that aging is graceful in longevity for life. "Gentle Wall Pilates for Seniors" is a game-changer for me looking to prioritize their health and well-being. From building on my core strength to enhancing balance and flexibility, the exercises are tailored perfectly for me and will keep me on the golf course. The narration from Brennan was easy to listen to. She did a great job of explaining each step like she was actually in the room.

Very Helpful!!

Seniors looking for tips on how to maintain and improve their physical health will find this book invaluable. It contains a collection of wall Pilates exercises which are simple to understand and effective in improving core strength, balance and flexibility among other key exercise benefits that seniors may enjoy without the need of specialized equipment or floor work-out programs that require much effort. Additionally, there are useful suggestions on how to incorporate physical activities into our daily lives and make them easy. I can say that the book is excellently written, very practical and easy to read. I would highly recommend it.

Its a good book. I love how it is adjusted for seniors, making it safe for them. I think the book will definitely help others to make pilates as a regular part of their daily routine. Also, the clear guidance is everything! it ensures the we will be doing each exercise correctly. Highly recommend!

In this beautifully produced audiobook, Eva Strong reveals a step by step guide for seniors to improve their physical fitness, balance, flexibility, and strength through wall Pilates!

Aging can be a daunting and painful (literally) process, but it doesn't have to be that way if you're armed with the right information. What I appreciated most about this book was its surprisingly diverse coverage of over 25 Pilates exercises and how to integrate it into your daily routine.

Great guide for seniors!

This is a fantastic listen for anyone interested in wall pilates. I had never heard of doing pilates on a wall. What a great concept! I am definitely going to recommend this to my senior aged mom and her friends. I love the soothing voice of the narrator and the way Strong dives into many moves that help with aging safely while building muscle and striving for flexibility too. Highly recommend!
