I did not feel overwhelmed or intimidated
The author created a wonderful guide for gentle wall Pilates. The exercises are easy to follow, and the narrator's calm instructions made me feel confident trying each move. The workouts are designed with seniors in mind, and I appreciated the author's empathetic acknowledgement we are no longer in our twenties. The exercises recommended focus on improving balance, mobility, and mental well-being. I love that I was able to perform the exercises without feeling intimidated. Although I have not started a routine, I believe doing these exercise routines regularly would help me feel stronger and more energized without overdoing it. This is a great book to listen to if you are considering starting a fitness routine or getting back into one.
