Charles Ferdinand Ramuz (1878-1947) war ein Schweizer Schriftsteller und Lyriker. Er gilt als bedeutendster Vertreter der französischsprachigen Literatur in der Schweiz. Sein bekanntestes Werk ist "Histoire du soldat - Die Geschichte vom Soldaten".
