We all know how debilitating a herniated disc can be. My gosh, it can really inhibit basically all of our daily activities if we are particularly unlucky enough. However, that’s not the end of the story because there are ways to help, mend, and ameliorate this condition, and Ron Daulton Jr (over 20 years in the “snappin’ game”) is here to save the day. He delivers a wealth of knowledge on technological and non-invasive options, healthy habit building to help move along your progress, avoiding the traps of your environment that may be worsening conditions, and a bunch more. A Path to Pain Relief

Very helpful
My husband and one of my best friends both have herniated discs. My husband chose the surgery route and my friend has chosen anything but surgery. She has 9 herniated discs and still is way more active than me. In listening to this book, I think there would be some real relief if she were to follow these steps. I've recommended the book to her as I would love to see her have some actual relief. For my husband, I had to listen to the book, too, because we have decided no amount of surgery is going to fix his issue. He needs to try a different approach in order to start finding some relief. I was very surprised with the amount of helpful information and I think this book could be really helpful for those that just don't know where else to turn.

This audiobook is packed with information! If you're someone dealing with a herniated disc, this book is for you. The book goes in-depth on how to treat the problem. I love the breakdown of not only exercises to avoid, but exercises to expedite the healing and recovery process. Most of the remedies can be performed at home with little to no money. I absolutely hate when doctors say; oh, just take this pill. This book takes a more holistic approach and it's very well written and narrated. Great to have in my collection!
