I Need a Grip!
I got more understanding of the essential components of emotional intelligence (EI). I think this will really help me. The most valuable thing the audiobook gave me is a practical approach to improving self-awareness and all of those components.
This audio also has an EI self-assessment which I found very enlightening. There is info on nonverbal cues - from other people as well as those I am exhibiting myself. I have always found that to be a very fascinating subject.
Overall, I think this was a very valuable listen for me. I highly recommend it for advancing personal and professional growth.
