Kavi Stonecrest, son of the legendary Lioness of Valun, is tired of living in his mother’s shadow. When mysterious bandits and a deadly creature begin terrorizing their homeland, Kavi is thrust into a dangerous quest to protect his people. With his best friend Grim—a disgraced warrior with a dark past—by his side, they must uncover the truth behind the attacks. Are they just simple raids, or is there a more sinister force at play?
As whispers of ancient Quests resurface, Kavi encounters Nettie, a brilliant Bricker with a daring theory: the legendary Triad Quest isn’t just a myth—it’s real, and its next stage lies hidden near their home. Solving it could lead to unimaginable power, but Kavi soon discovers powerful enemies determined to keep these secrets buried.
With deadly threats closing in, Kavi must make impossible choices. Will he embrace his destiny, or lose everything—including those he loves—to forces beyond his control?
Filled with heart-pounding action, shocking twists, and an unforgettable cast of characters, Ghost Squad is a thrilling fantasy adventure that explores loyalty, legacy, and the courage to defy expectations.

Story
Ian and Vic are brothers. Their lives are simple, and while they might long for excitement, happiness can be found in a hard day's work, a sunny day, or the smile from a pretty girl. Their lives are turned on end when their village is attacked and they are taken as slaves, destined to labor under the watchful eye of their captors. The strife that had long dominated much of the world had found them. Things would never be the same.

Good story. But ai narration in horrible
Next time invest in a real narrator and this would be a 5 star review. The AI cannot capture emotions and makes the story tedious to listen to.
