worth listening to every morning

Beautiful way to give thanks for being alive. Short enough to listen to daily. Read aloud in English and kaniakehaka (Mohawk). Soothing sounds of Native American flute plays in the background.

A Lovely Ceremony of Thanks

This is a beautiful rendition, with nature sounds and music, of the traditional thanks prayer of the Six Nations. The book lists these Nations of Native Americans and features narration by Chief Jake Swamp. This thanks prayer is a lovely way to start the day- narrated in a musical Mohawk language at the end.
