worth reading
I really like the story. I did skip a lot of The Middle of the story because it was too long for me. however, the character building and story set up was excellent and the last third of the book was excellent. the middle part that I skipped became tedious and I don't feel like I missed anything. the book is worth listening or reading. I'm sure the virtual voice was used to cut down on costs because it was a self-publish. I do wonder how much better it would have been with a human narrating the book.

Flat Monatone Voice
The computer narrator destroyed any chance for a good review. The story was dull so one could say that the dullness of a robotic narrator was in keeping with the theme. No recommendition supporting this Audible selection.

good story, TERRIBLE narration!
This is the 2nd book I have listened to with computer narration and it's awful! No emotions whatsoever so ever! I liked the idea of the story and it kept me interested, just wish it was a real person. I had forgotten it was AI reading until and emotional part came and it was monotone.

Narration Broke it
The story itself was good and the storyline interesting but the narration was so monotone, so void of emotion and proper inflection that it made the book dull and made it move really really slow. E-v-e-r-y w-o-r-d was so drug out it was almost like tourture to listen to it. No audio book should ever be released like this. Sorry Marie Wilkens the narration made the book tank.

Virtual Vouce is the worse. ....
Virtual Voice is the worse. It makes the interesting book the most boring. I can't say how the the actual story was because I couldn't make it through. I would love to hear this story read by a real person. Wish my eyes were good enough to actually read it.
